I did not use the shower but the bathroom did have shampoo/conditioner/lotion available. It had two double beds that were pretty hard, but the 3 pillows per bed were quite comfy. It did have a flat TV but the reception on it wasn't great (It pixelized a bit). The legs of the furniture where battered and there was a small, dark stain on the carpet by the window. The drawers on the dresser were difficult to open and one seemed off its rail. The cabinet that held the fridge/safe/coffee maker had a door that came off the hinge. It was clean, but you could tell that this room was not a priority in keeping updated. The 9th floor (out of 10) room itself wasn't too bad. They ended up not being able to come and I couldn't change the reservation (they were booked).

I don't smoke, but I booked the smoking room in prep for a traveling companion who does. Stayed for one night in a smoking room in the tower. There pool will soon be re-opening and have a nice area around the pool. The buffet hasn't reopened since covid but was the best one I have ate at. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeably and many are still there after many years. The bathrooms offer wash clothes which we have been disappointed that other hotels are removing them from the bathrooms. The rooms are always clean and let me tell you that the beds are the most comfortable I've slept in. The internet is blazing fast and they offer a fair amount of channels. The parking spaces are large and surround the hotel making it easy to access your room. There is self service coffee, tea and soft drinks. Make sure you sign up for the rewards cards, as they definitely add up as you play.

The rooms are really nice and if you are lucky enough to stay in one of the granite rooms it is worth the money. The offer non-alcoholic drinks for sober people as well. There are plenty of new slots every time we go and the service is unequaled when you are gaming. This little jewel south of Idaho border is our favorite get away and we like to go there twice a month when we can.
